The Cost

As a special offer, this comprehensive program is currently available for a one-time fee of $3997 USD. This price grants participants 2 years of access to the entire program, including coaching and mentorship calls, the private leadership community, all future bonus content, and exclusive access to events and workshops. About the cost: If you are an individual interested in enrolling in the program but have concerns about the cost, here are a couple of options to explore:

The Experience

The design of this learning experience prioritizes simplicity and flexibility, allowing you to progress at your own pace and access the material from any location that suits you best. To maximize your learning, you are encouraged to fully engage with the online modules, workbooks, and videos, and to participate in live coaching calls for personalized feedback and support. Additionally, you are invited to join a community of like-minded leaders and continue to have access to all course materials for an extended period.

  • Our method of leadership development follows a progression through four distinct stages. Our Masterclass program breaks down these stages into modular units, serving as your virtual textbook as you progress through the course.
  • The instructional modules are structured in a way that builds upon previous material, encouraging you to apply what you are learning to your real-world role.
  • You will have the opportunity to share your experiences and seek feedback through coaching calls and within a community of fellow learners, maximizing your growth potential and helping you outperform your peers. By gradually integrating the material into their daily practices, they can more effectively enhance their leadership capabilities.
  • To further support your growth, you will participate in group calls twice a week, network actively in our members-only online community with current students and alumni, and practice the skills you’ve learned and share your experiences within the community or in strategy calls.
  • For those looking to further their knowledge, additional resources and exclusive bonuses are also available.
4 Levels of Leadership Maturity

Learning Path

This first module focuses on learning to create an environment of higher psychological safety by creating a culture of deeper trust within the team. Participants learn how to develop one-on-one trust with their associates, as well as “group” trust across the team. They will learn how to adjust their mindset to better enable an exchange of trust, and communication tactics that may be getting in the way of their current trust-building efforts. We also cover:

  • Vulnerability
  • The importance of creating rules of engagement
  • An introduction to Agile Retrospectives.
  • And more.

 

Challenges with establishing trust will be brought to the coaching calls where they will receive contextual feedback on how to handle those individual situations.

The second module focuses on building a deeper level of connection with associates that goes beyond the trust they established in module one. In this module, they learn about behaviours that hinder trust, and how to change certain behaviours to become more connected. Additionally, they will learn:

  • The importance of creating alignment across 6 key areas of their business
  • About different kinds of motivation and how to align motivational tactics to the kind of work their team produces
  • To adopt healthy communication skills by reviewing 6 categories of communication
  • About the concept of Radical Candor (and we conduct a high-level review of the book by Kim Scott)
  • And more.

Participants are now well primed to empower their team. At this point in the program, they understand enough about their team’s work, value and output to comfortably offer greater autonomy. Other topics included are:

  • Micromanagement and Scarcity, as opposing forces to empowerment
  • Communicating and engaging with transparency
  • And more.

This final module is broken down into the 4 common denominators of highly impactful leaders and teams. We talk about:

  • The importance of ongoing visualization of work.
  • Rigorous prioritization and helpful techniques
  • Maintaining team alignment with certain important cadences
  • Championing “newness” by  helping associates to properly articulate innovative ideas internally
  • Many Agile principles and practices are discussed in this final module (ex: Kanban; Cost of Delay; and more)

Other Resources

Enhance your knowledge and skills at your own pace by sampling a selection of micro-courses and other learning resources. These materials, which are similar to those found in our Masterclass program, are available to you online and can be accessed at any time that is convenient for you. As a participant, you will have ongoing access to these materials for the duration of the program. Please note that coaching and mentorship are not included with the purchase of individual courses and resources. However, those who register for the Masterclass program will receive automatic access to all courses and resources.
