Shelisa Bainbridge

Shelisa Bainbridge is the Author, Program Director, and Head Coach of the flagship program: The Catapult Leadership Accelerator.

As an experienced corporate leader with over 25 years of experience, Shelisa knows firsthand the impact of traditional top-down leadership models on the growth and development of aspiring leaders. That’s why she’s created products to help bring leadership training and development to entry-level leaders and individual contributors who are on a leadership track.

Through ShelisaB Inc. and Catapult Programs, Shelisa empowers change-makers and visionaries to drive innovation, collaboration, and creativity within organizations. She offers a range of services for both organizations and individuals, and her flagship program, The Catapult Leadership Accelerator, is an online coaching masterclass and community that will bring her insights and coaching to a global audience.

In addition to her corporate leadership expertise, Shelisa is also an Agile Executive Leadership Coach, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, and a Human Centered Design Consultant. Shelisa a devoted mother to two boys and a loving partner to her husband of 20 years .
