What’s the investment to get started with your memberships?
We offer 2 memberships to support women in corporate leadership at different stages of their journey.
Leadership Essentials is a one-time fee of $3,500 USD per person, with no expiration. This is not a generic leadership program—it’s direct, high-touch coaching and consulting designed specifically for women in corporate leadership. Clients receive ongoing, personalized guidance tailored to their unique challenges. A three-month trial period is included to ensure engagement and value.
Leadership Elite is $5,500 USD per person and includes everything in the Essentials package. It’s built for high-potential leaders who are preparing to step into executive roles within the next year. This program provides the advanced-level support they need to make that transition seamless—with deeper strategic coaching, executive presence development, and elevated consulting tailored to the unique demands of senior leadership.
Who are memberships designed for, and what is expected from participants?
Memberships are designed for women in management, senior management, and director roles who want direct, high-impact guidance. Participation includes regular 1:1 strategy sessions, leadership consulting, and group discussions. Clients are expected to apply the insights gained to strengthen their leadership and decision-making.
What do the memberships provide?
The memberships provide specialized solutions designed to help women in leadership solve real workplace challenges through direct, one-on-one consulting, strategic discussions, and real-time feedback. The focus is on immediate problem-solving and leadership growth—not generic training or theory.
To make support even more accessible, members can also connect with our team via WhatsApp for quick guidance and real-time assistance. This ensures that help is available whenever it's needed, making it easier for women to navigate challenges as they arise.
How do organizations and individuals get started with memberships?
We recommend an initial call with the senior leader sponsoring this investment to ensure clarity on the membership and address any questions. If you’d like to book this call, you can do so here.
Once this is complete and the fees have been submitted, all we need are the first and last names of each member, along with their professional email addresses.
Upon account setup:
- Our team will schedule a call to introduce your leaders to the membership features, clarify expectations, and discuss their level of commitment.
- Members will receive instructions on accessing the online portal, invitations to group discussions, and links to book one-on-one sessions.

While our core focus is supporting women in leadership, we do work with male clients through individual coaching, group sessions, workshops, and executive engagements—especially when invited by organizations to support broader leadership teams.
Why are your costs in USD if you're a Canadian company?
While we’re proudly Canadian, the applications and platforms we use to run our business (including our course platform, payment processors, and scheduling tools) are all charged to us in USD. To keep things simple and consistent, we charge in the same currency.
