Genos Assessment

An Emotional Intelligence-focused assessment that evaluates six core emotional intelligence competencies: Self-Awareness, Emotional Expression, Authenticity, Empathy, Stress Tolerance, and Inspirational Leadership. Results guide EQ skill enhancement, crucial for effective leadership.

DiSC Assessment

Focuses on four core behavioral traits: Dominance (D), Influence (I), Steadiness (S), and Conscientiousness (C). Understanding these traits allows for better communication and leadership adaptation to different team members. Effective in sales and management contexts.

MBTI Assessment

Categorizes individuals into 16 different personality types. It explores preferences in how you gather information and make decisions, among other factors. Often used to improve team collaboration and develop a deeper understanding of leadership style.

Birkman Assessment
